Picturiffic
Ready....set...guess! With Picturiffic, we wanted to take an existing license of the game and reimagine it with a social, gameshow-like feel that was fresh but still kept the essence of the original experience. As the original Art Director of the project (later handed off to fellow artist Shiho Pate), and honed the look and feel through rough comps, animatics, as well as directing outsourcers for video production. It was a project that pushed the boundaries of Flash animation by leveraging complex parallax, smooth screen transitions, and other effects that made the game feel like a AAA console experience, but in browser.
